An informational session on Bariatric Surgery will be held at Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital, 2251 North Shore Drive in Rhinelander on Friday, May 14 at 2 p.m. in the lower level conference room 1.

Dr. Selwyn from Ministry Medical Group /Ministry Saint Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point, is fellowship trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery and has performed over 700 bariatric surgeries. This informational session will review what the program entails and the types of bariatric surgery including laparoscopic adjustable gastric band and gastric bypass. Time will be available for questions.
