 WOMEN'S HEALTH Saint Joseph's Hospital – Ministry Health Care is taking the lead in addressing women's health needs and experiences. A multidisciplinary team of committed health care leaders have guided and directed the implementation of a program that is being designed from a women's perspective.
Women's Health services are defined as services which recognize that women have unique, gender-specific health concerns in terms of risk factors and the disease process; and that women need interventions and strategies that legitimately address these concerns.
