Ronald McDonald House, in its third decade of service, and the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, which opened its doors in 2003, provide a comfortable home-away-from-home atmosphere for people who are facing the challenges of cancer and receiving treatment in Marshfield.

Ronald McDonald House is a 10-bed facility, and rooms are available for a nominal fee on a first-come, first-served basis. The residence is for families of children who are undergoing cancer treatment.

Hope Lodge has hotel-like rooms, kitchen, library and living room "common areas" and many other amenities to include an exercise room, meeting areas and laundry facilities.
