PATIENT ADVOCATES
Coping with illness and injury can be a challenge, even for the best of us. A hospital stay, while sometimes necessary, can be a stressful experience for patients and their family.

Helping to reduce the stress of the hospital experience is part of our goal to achieving customer satisfaction. Our role as Patient Advocates is to serve as an advocate to help you, the patient, and your family to resolve issues that may arise during your stay. When issues cannot be resolved with your caregivers, we are here to listen and offer support to clear up difficulties. We will arrange for conferences with you, your family and the professional health care staff to address concerns.
