(Rhinelander/Tomahawk, WI) Ministry Health care is please to announce FREE Fall Risk Screenings will be offered February 9 – 13 by Ministry Rehabilitation Services Staff in Tomahawk at Sacred Heart Hospital, 401 West Mohawk Drive and in Rhinelander at the Rehab Center located in the YMCA building, 2003 Winnebago Street East.

WHY YOU SHOUD GET SCREENED

· You are at an increased risk. The natural aging processes of the human body puts us at an increased risk of falling.

· For your safety. Last year 1 out of 3 adults over 65 reported a fall. Out of those falls 20-30% resulted in a moderated to sever injury.

· To help maintain your independence. Even one fall can result in an injury that could result in a drastic lifestyle change.
