Community Health Fair and Patient Appreciation Picnic

Saturday, July 18 at Laona High School

(Laona, WI)  Ministry Medical Group is hosting a Community Health Fair and Patient Appreciation Picnic on Saturday, July 18 from 9 a.m. to Noon at the Laona High School, 5216 Forest Avenue.  Ministry Health Care professionals and Community partners will be available with FREE health information. Event activities include the following FREE diagnostic health screenings: Diabetes Blood Glucose, Lipid Panel-fasting or Cholesterol (only) if non-fasting, PSA Prostate Screen for men 50+ years of age or men 40+ years with a family history of prostate cancer, blood pressure check and skin cancer check. There is no need to fast for the cholesterol or diabetes screens.  Cholesterol patients must be 18 years and older. Results from cholesterol panel and PSA tests will be mailed to participants. Limited supply of FREE tetanus shots will be available from the Forest County Health Department.  FREE patient appreciation lunch, compliments of Ministry Medical Group, will be prepared by the Laona Lions Club. Donations for the local Food Pantry and Community Blood Center will be accepted.  Please give!
