“Living Well with Heart: The Big Mind Big Heart Experience,” is the topic of the next WellnessWorks Living Well speaker series sponsored by Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.

The event will be Monday, February 9 in the Mother Frances Streitel Conference Center of the hospital. Registration and refreshments will be from 5-6 p.m. with the presentation from 6-7:30 p.m. Also featured will be a Heart Fair, with several heart education displays.

Kamilla Buddemeier, MD, Marshfield Clinic interventional cardiologist and ordained Zen monk, will share her personal development process that combines western psychology and eastern wisdom traditions. It is a fun, interactive technique allowing a new way to discover, experience and appreciate your life. Find out what it means to truly be “a fully integrated free functioning human being.”

Buddemeier has been training intensely with Zen Master Genpo Roshi in the Big Mind Big Heart process since 2006. Her ultimate interest is the marriage of medical practice and Big Mind to bring wholeness and healing to traditional medicine.

The event is free but pre-registration is recommended by calling 888.666.2708.
