Considering a Health Care Career

As a leading health care provider, Saint Joseph's Hospital places a high value on its current employees and also recognizes the need to continue to build the workforce for the challenges of the future. We do this by offering student learning opportunities in most departments of the hospital and through innovative and collaborative partnerships with Universities and Technical Colleges throughout central Wisconsin and the upper Midwest including Mid-state Technical College, Northcentral Technical College, Viterbo, and the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Saint Joseph's Hospital also has its own Hospital-sponsored School of Radiology and has a partnership with the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire to provide a School of Nursing Site in Marshfield.

Child Life Internship Program

The Child Life Program offers three 16 week internship opportunities annually. Our staff is dually certified in Therapeutic Recreation and Child Life. The Internship Program does meet the requirements of both Child Life and/or Therapeutic Recreation Students.

Nuclear Medicine Technology Program

The Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCEPNMT) accredits the Nuclear Medicine Training Program at Saint Joseph's Hospital.
