CAP Services, Inc.

CAP Services was one of the three partners that founded Ministry Dental Center in response to concerns expressed by low-income households about their lack of access to affordable dental care. As the Portage County designated Community Action Agency, CAP develops innovative, community-based effective programs designed to help low-income households attain economic and emotional self-sufficiency. Saint Michael's Hospital

In response to an identified and overwhelming local need, a unique community partnership of three respected organizations – CAP Services Inc., Delta Dental Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., and Saint Michael's Hospital – established Ministry Dental Center in January 2002.
