The Saint Clare’s Hospital Emergency Department stands ready to help when you or a loved one need emergency medical treatment. With consistently high patient satisfaction ratings as compared to emergency departments across the country, our emergency department staff provides prompt, personal care. The Society of Chest Pain Centers has designated the Saint Clare's emergency department an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.

Our staff includes physicians who are board-certified emergency medicine specialists and specially trained nurses, paramedics and support staff. We offer comprehensive emergency medical care in a state-of-the art facility. Our capabilities include advanced airway management, advanced cardiac care & emergency pre-cardiac catheterization stabilization, emergency resuscitation & stabilization. We are also one of two Rescue1 program advanced care centers for rapid transfer and treatment of heart attack patients.
