As an AODA counselor at Ministry Behavioral Health, Randy is well trained to provide chemical dependency treatment services. Randy has over 15 years experience in the field. As a CSAC, Randy provides individual and group therapy, offering sixteen hours per week of group treatment for patients in the Day Treatment and primary residential treatment service.

As a licensed psychologist in practice since 1976, Dr. Matthew has provided assessments, therapy and consultations for thousands of individuals and families in the Midwest. He works with all age groups and his practice includes a wide span of mental health and substance abuse problems. Laura Adams-Burkley MSW, LCSW, SAC

William J. Sullivan, MD Medical Director for Ministry Behavioral Health
As a board certified addictionologist and psychiatrist with an expertise and interest in ECT, Dr. Sullivan's main role will be to provide care for inpatients with mental health and substance abuse problems at Saint Michael's Hospital's Mental Health Unit (located on the fourth floor).
Dr. Sullivan will also provide professional services to the Portage County Mental Health Unit on a limited basis.
Mike Slavin Clinical Supervisor B.S., CSAC
Trained as an AODA counselor through the Fox Valley AODA counselor-training program, Mike specializes in treating chemically dependent adults. He also trained at the Winnebago AODA and Mental Health Center where he served an internship in direct counseling of AODA patients. Mike primarily works with patients dealing with long-term recovery issues.
