Scope of responsibility:

Mac assists Ministry Health Care to achieve its strategic and business objectives through activities that identify the wants, needs, and desires of key customers (payers, employers, and physicians) and produces responsive products and services through disciplined planning processes that focus attention and activity on key business lines across the System. Key responsibilities include relationship development with payers (in conjunction with staff responsible for contracting), employers, and physicians, and the implementation of growth initiatives in conjunction with marketing coordinators, physicians, and operations leaders for key segments of business.
Principle Accountabilities:
  • Development and management of proactive relationships with entities that influence or are major purchasers of health care services in north central Wisconsin in conjunction with Ministry Health Care contracting personnel through which opportunities to grow business or threats to existing business will be identified.
  • Development and management of proactive relationships with physician customers of MHC hospitals and ancillary services through which opportunities to grow business or threats to existing business will be identified.
  • Assist in the development and  implementation of Ministry Health Care business development and growth intiatives.

Clare assists in the coordination, and implementation of physician initiatives that contribute to the growth and increased utilization of hospital, ancillary and physician services at Ministry Health Care facilities.
Principle Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for the implementation of referral relationship activities that identify the wants and needs of key physician customers and produces strategies that enhance knowledge of existing services, increase satisfaction levels and builds satisfaction with referring physicians and increases Ministry Health Care market share.
  • Leads efforts to improve relationships with referring providers to assure continued utilization and growth of services.
  • Initiates, defines and coordinates research to determine physician satisfaction levels, existing utilization patterns and identifies barriers to utilization and develops plans to improve referral relations.

Scope of responsibility:

Jackie supports the implementation of physician initiatives that contribute to the growth and increased utilization of hospital, ancillary and physician services at Ministry Health Care facilities. She provides support which further enhances relationships with referring physicians to increase volume and utilization.
Principle Accountabilities:
  • Contributes to business development efforts for new Ministry providers by coordinating marketing to community and health care providers through newspaper advertising and other written/verbal communication methods.
  • Supports and maintains various provider databases that monitor market presence, performance and growth opportunities, and warehouses, provider demographic data for the development of referral directories.
  • Facilitates identification of customer service issues as they relate to physician referral or patient care activities. Assists the Physician Services Manager in the resolution of the identified issues and communicates as appropriate, the resolution to the physician customer.
