About Us

Door County Memorial Hospital, in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin is a fully accredited, critical care hospital and outpatient medical center, with 25 licensed beds.  Door County Memorial Hospital  has been serving the health care needs of the area since 1943.

The hospital offers a full range of services and specialties, including home health, a skilled nursing facility for long-term care and rehabilitation services. Door County Memorial has rehab centers in Sturgeon Bay, Sister Bay and Algoma. North Shore Medical Clinic is primarily located at the hospital, with three outreach facilities in both Door County and northern Kewaunee County. More than 125 physicians serve on our medical staff.
